WELCOME

All items are handcrafted or assembled in Singapore. Most items are made to order, production starts once order and full payment has been received. Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days (Refer to SHIPPING for more details).

Currently we accept orders worldwide.

Shipping times can vary, so please allow plenty of time to receive your order.

All prices are shown in USD.

 

PAYMENT

Glitzlure only accepts payment through PAYPAL.

Please be aware that if you choose to pay by E-Check using PAYPAL, production on your order could be delayed until your payment clears which can take from 3-10 days.

You can use credit or debit card for payment through PAYPAL, or by simply opening a PAYPAL account during checkout if you do not already have one. We do not collect your credit card details.

For USA and international customers, customs and VAT fees could be charged by your countries customs and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the price of your purchase.

All orders will be shipped to your shipping address indicated by you when you place an order. Please check that your address is accurate and up to date.

  

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from Singapore. Orders will be shipped within 

3 to 7 working business days for single items 
8 to 14 business working days for multiple items or custom orders 

from the date of payment received. 

All orders will be sent via Registered air-mail through our local postal service - Singpost (www.singpost.com). From here, it will proceed to your respective national postal service, for eg. in United States, it will USPS. Registered Mail will require the recipient’s signature upon delivery and tracking is available up to the point of despatch from Singapore.

From Singapore to Overseas, delivery will usually take between 18 to 25 working days to arrive. For rare cases, it might take between 2 to 6 weeks depending on the country of destination. Delivery time may take longer during the holiday period, customs delays, and any natural disaster like storm or flood, and flight cancellation, etc. These are beyond our control, and we sincerely seek your understanding and patience on this.

For order within Singapore, delivery will usually take between 2 to 3 working days.

 

***IMPORTANT***

If you do not receive your order by 20 working days from the date of posting, please drop us a message indicating your Order#, and we will file an inquiry for the status of your mail with Singpost - Singapore Post Office.

If your purchase is returned to us due to UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY as a result of you missing the delivery and subsequently failing to collect your item with the postal Notification Advice from your local Postal Office within the stipulated time, you will need to pay additional shipping charges for any subsequent delivery back to you.

If you decide to cancel the order due to UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY, we will only refund the item price (exclude shipping charges). The refund will be made only after we have received back the items safely in good condition. 

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Shipping charges includes handling fees per order and packaging materials.

Within Singapore, shipping charges starts from USD 4.
For international, shipping charges starts from USD 6.50.

Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping and you will have a chance not to place your order if you decide not to.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are FINAL once an order is placed due to the fact that they are made to order. Returns or exchanges cannot be re-sold, therefore a refund cannot be given. Please contact us with any questions you may have about a product before placing an order. We would love to help you out and offer all the advice we can about a product.

All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before shipping. If an item should be damaged during transit, you must contact us within 3 days upon receiving the item for a replacement or refund.

All orders will be shipped to your shipping address. If this is a non-deliverable address and the package is returned, the buyer must pay a new shipping fee to have the item re-shipped. If a refund is preferred, we will only refund the item price (exclude shipping charges).

If you need to return an order because of a mistake made by us, we will send you a full refund including the shipping paid. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. The order must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving it. All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging, in unworn condition. The item must be carefully packed as you received it. Items just dropped into a box can be damaged while being shipped and we cannot accept damaged items from poor packing.

  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Due to the fact that many items offered are handmade, slight variations may occur. Every effort will be made to make every piece as close to the original sample as possible.

The colors of the jewelry are portrayed as accurately as possible in natural light. Colors and textures will vary with individual monitors and subject to individual opinion.

Photographs are a representation of what you will receive. Individual pieces may vary in size, natural patterns and finishes.

Please check the dimensions and sizes before placing an order as photos of the pieces may appear larger or smaller on individual monitors.
